男(1977-),,博士,博士生導師,,正高級工程師,南京水利科學研究院水文水資源研究所副所長,,水利部水旱災害防御重點實驗室常務副主任,,先后入選人社部“優(yōu)秀歸國留學人員”、江蘇省“333高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程”第三層次(中青年學術帶頭人),、第二層次培養(yǎng)對象(中青年科技領軍人才),、全國水利十大青年科技英才。長期從事水旱災害防御,、水資源規(guī)劃與管理研究,。
