博士，正高級工程師,，從事河湖水生態(tài)健康方向科研工作,。獲省部級科技一等獎4項,，入選中國科協(xié)青托,、江蘇省優(yōu)青,、333第三層次,；基金委創(chuàng)新研究群體學(xué)術(shù)骨干，水利部人才創(chuàng)新團隊,、江蘇省雙創(chuàng)團隊核心成員,。發(fā)表期刊論文50余篇（SCI論文30余篇），出版專著2部,；授權(quán)國家和美國發(fā)明專利共9項,，登記軟著6項；參編行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)指南3部,。
