Male (1977-), Ph.D., doctoral supervisor, senior engineer, Deputy Director of Institute of Hydrology and Water Resources, Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, Executive Deputy Director of Key Laboratory of Flood and Drought Disaster Prevention, Ministry of Water Resources. He has been selected as one of the “Outstanding Returned Overseas Students” of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the third level of “333 High-level Talents Training Project” of Jiangsu Province (young and middle-aged academic Leaders), the second training object (Young and middle-aged Science and Technology Leaders), and one of the Top Ten Young Science and Technology talents of National Water Conservancy. He has long been engaged in flood and drought disaster prevention, water resources planning and management research.
