河海大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院院長，江蘇省紫金文化優(yōu)青，中國國土經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會青年工作委員會委員。主要從事資源經(jīng)濟(jì)與政策研究。在Land Use Policy、Socio-Economic Planning Sciences、《農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)問題》等期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部人文社會科學(xué)基金、江蘇省社科基金等項(xiàng)目。獲江蘇省社科應(yīng)用研究精品工程一等獎、江蘇省智庫研究與決策咨詢優(yōu)秀成果二等獎等。
