Yuncheng Wen, professor and deputy director of coastal disaster prevention and mitigation, River Harbor Engineering Department, Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute. Wen has long been engaged in water conservancy, water transport, hydropower engineering, estuary, and coastal numerical and physical model research, and has rich experience in scientific research in hydro projects such as river regulation, coastal engineering, and waterway regulation projects. He has won 2 first prizes of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress, mainly participated in the compilation of 3 academic monographs, participated in 2 national and industrial standards, published more than 40 academic papers, 4 national invention patents, and 5 software copyrights.
