Professor Xinhua Zhu, Ph.D. of land resources management, Nanjing Agricultural University, and Da Yu scholar of Hohai University. Mainly engaged in resource economy and policy, grassroots government governance and other fields. More than 30 papers have been published, including 10 papers in mainstream journals of resources and environment, such as Land Use Policy, Socio-Economic Planning Sciences, Sustainable Cities and Society. He has taken charge of and completed dozens of scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Education’s Humanities and social sciences fund.
