Prof. Geng Leihua is one of the water resources assessment experts of the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources, member of NHRI Science and Technology Committee, deputy director of NHRI water-saving center, chief engineer of Hydrology and Water Resources Department. He has long been engaged in research on water saving, water resources, water environment, and water ecology. He has hosted and completed more than 200 scientific research and plannings, including national scientific and technological research, national key research, national soft science research, “973” research, MWR Innovation research,Water Conservancy Special Project, water resources fees project, and standard setting project. He has published nearly 100 papers, 13 monographs, 2 invention patents, and won 10 national and provincial awards.
