As a postdoctoral researcher, my focus lies in the study of stream metabolism and carbon cycling across “groundwater-stream-atmosphere” continuum. Presently, I mainly use river datasets and machine learning approaches to disentangle the physical exchanges and biogeochemical transformation processes occurring therein. The objective of my research is to enhance our understanding of the structure and function of riverine ecosystems, as well as their evolution under the impacts of future climate changes and human activities.
