Professor Huang Changshuo, Ph.D. in Hydrology and Water Resources, Nanjing Institute of Hydraulic Research，mainly engaged in research work on water saving, water resources development and utilization, water environment and water ecology. She has hosted and completed more than 100 scientific research and planning, including national scientific and technological research, national key research and development, innovation projects of the Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Water Resources industry public welfare projects, standard formulation projects and etc. She has authored and co-edited 7 monographs and published more than 20 papers in various journals and academic conferences.
