PhD in Hydraulic Engineering from Sun Yat-sen University. Mainly engaged in research on extreme weather and climate events, drought and flood disaster warning and prevention. During work and study, Dr. Jin has published 32 academic papers, including 29 as the first author, including 21 SCI-indexed papers, 4 Chinese core papers, 3 general journals, and 1 conference paper. Participated in 2 key research and development projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Served as a reviewer for many mainstream SCI journals in hydrology.
